Synopsis:
When they're confronted by Dave, a vengeful - and ingenious - octopus with a grudge against all penguins, Skipper, Kowalski, Rico, and Private reluctantly join forces with the North Wind, an elite inter-species task force, to put a stop to Dave's villainous plans and save penguin-kind. Meanwhile, Private sets out to prove himself a capable and valuable member of his team.
